#256 Concrete Editor/Configuration Window Problem

Dear Developer,

I notice that sometimes the concrete editor/configurator doesn't work well with the web browser. For example when I want to saved the node/job config, the screen just went blank instead of gave me a confirmation. This was happened when I was using Safari, however when I used firefox (for mac) it worked well. Another strange situation, there are two identical workstation running windows os: one has problem when using chrome, but the another one has no problem when using chrome, in reverse situation the one that has problem with chrome, has no problem with firefox, but the one that has no problem with chrome, has problem with firefox.

Was there any major changes to the JS/coding of the concrete editor?

It seems the problem is more serious now, not only with Safari, but other browser like chrome and firefox are also have the same problem...

Hi,

How long are you using the workflow configuration portlet? Liferay has some time period after which if no portlet interaction is performed (the workflow configuration portlet is using Ajax), the user will be logged out.

Hi Zoltan,

Well I never leave the workflow editor window open without any interaction with it. So I don't think session-timeout is the cause of the problem. I face this problem since guse 3.7.3 :(
