[GUSDEV] Gus 3.5 amount of plugins

Folks:

I need some help.

We installed gusDB 3.5 (current version), with it we got 19 plugins,
however at location:

https://www.cbil.upenn.edu/svn/gus/GusAppFramework/trunk/Supported/plugin=
/perl/

I found 36 plugins.

Are these 36 plugins for comming version 4.0 or could it be that I got a
bad download, or maybe these are patches to be applied to the current
version?

The plugins that are in common in both sections have different sizes
except for 2 of them.
