Hi Dhivya, Sorry not to respond to your earlier mail. We haven't done a whole lot in my group with the Java layer. I think the folks in the Penn Bioinformatics Core have used it. Perhaps they can respond? We were looking at having the Java objects automatically generated with Hibernate.
