[GUSDEV] LoadDocumentation Plugin

Hello Folks:

I'm about to upgrade the GUS::Community::Plugin::LoadDocumentation to  
be more useful (to me at least ;-).  Is this plugin used in any  
pipelines or in the GUS installation process?  Are there any specific  
behaviors of the plugin that must be maintained?
