[GUSDEV] RADSA installation notes by J.C. Perin also available

Juan Carlos Perin has installed the RADSA 2.0.0 at CHOP and has kindly 
provided detailed notes of what he did from start to finish (including GUS 
installation) to accomplish this goal. His notes can be useful also to 
those installing RADSA 2.1.0.
