We are still using an old plugin in GUS 3.0 to support some work some graduate students are doing with Trypanosome data. The data involves TIGR XML files for T.cruzi, T.brucei and L.major. Unfortunately, one of the T.brucei files is not loading. A dump of the data shows that complex features with many exons are incorrectly being added as hashrefs to the object hierarchy and this causes a failure once the object tree is submitted. If this sounds vaguely familiar to anyone on this list, please let us know. I will post a more detailed description including error messages once I am at a location where I can open a telnet session back to our lab. -Ed Robinson |
