[GUSDEV] how to handle GO term updates

Hi Folks,

The current gene ontology plugin 
(GUS::Supported::Plugin::InsertGeneOntology) can only insert new GO 
terms into a database. In order to update GO terms, each time we have to 
delete old ones and do fresh insertion. However if there is any 
association with GO terms, what should we do? Reload everything? Is 
there any other option? Thanks.
