I'm not a big fan of the shortcut command. If the motivation is that 90% of the time the command is run as: build proj/comp install -append Then let's change the command so that install -append are the default, or at least that it can run with abbreviated arguments: build proj i or build proj we Let's fix the underlying problem (poorly designed arguments to build) instead of masking it.
