Re: [GUSDEV] bld command: less typing for 'build'

I find it inconvenient/confusing when I have to switch to the full command 
synopsis if I want to have additional options such as -clean and 
-skipJavaCompiling, or if I need to do a webinstall.

I would argue for making the shortcut to also take other options supported 
by the full command.

I guess we could do something for build project/[component] webinstall 
too, we can simply use alias instead.
