the GBParser is no longer supported in gus 3.5.=20

We have a replacement plugin GUS::Supported::Plugin::InsertSequenceFeatur=
es.

It is being actively tested now.   The testing should be done this week.

I'll let all know when it is ready for general use, later this week.
