it is now available for beta use in the svn repository.   we will begin 
our final testing of it this week.

you need these files:
$PROJECT_HOME/Gus/Supported/
     config/genbank2gus.xml
     lib/perl/BioFeatMapper.pm
     lib/perl/BioFeatMapperSet.pm
     lib/perl/SequenceIterator.pm
     plugin/perl/InsertSequenceFeatures.pm
