[GUSDEV] Issue in running new Plugin

Hi,
  I am having issue in running newly registered plugin.
  I have one new plug in which I registered and I tested it , it ran =
fine.
  AFter that I fixed some bug and then tried to run it gave me error =
saying that plugin has change I need to update it. But when I am trying =
to update the plug in it is not letting me do so. Errors are listed =
below :
