[GUSDEV] 3.0 to 3.5 Changes

The attached preliminary report contains details about changes between 3.0
and 3.5.  The next task for upgrading will be to validate the report, and to
decided how to migrate data in dropped and/or changed tables.

This is produced using the dbaCompareSchema utility that is on the trunk.

CBIL Note:  This is based on the 3.0 schema from the old CVS, not CBILBLD,
so there are many changes here that have already been made in CBILBLD.  I'll
run a separate CBILBLD -> 3.5 change report soon.
