Re: [GUSDEV] duplicate ProjecLink tables

I'm pretty sure that this was brought up twice at recent CBIL meetings 
(either the CBIL GUS meeting or the CBIL RAD one) and it was decided that 
the tables should not be merged. However at the moment I do not recall 
what motivated that decision. Does any cbilian remember?
