As previously proposed:

On Friday we'll moving the GUS cvs repository from Sanger to a SVN-based
repository at CBIL.  This will affect the GUS, WDK, WdkToySite, and install
projects (including the 3.5 branch!)

PLEASE CHECKIN ALL LOCAL MODIFICATIONS BY 6AM EST!!

Any local changes after that point will be un-commitable.  After the move,
you'll need to re-checkout local copies.
