[GUSDEV] new GUS documentation effort

folks-

i am putting some time into creating wiki docs for gus, modeled on the 
WDK docs.

you can see the work in progress on the wiki

i am folding in the idea's from Ed's documentation.

you will see that the documentation is organized by version number.  
when we release a new version we begin the documentation effort by 
copying the previous release to a new address that uses the new version 
number, and then edit it to reflect the changes in the new version.

suggestions encouraged.
