[GUSDEV] 3.5 plugdev Database Reloaded

FYI:

CBIL's 3.5 Plugin Development Database, plugdev, has been reloaded to
reflect several bug fixes and other issues.  Specifically, these were:

https://www.cbil.upenn.edu/tracker/show_bug.cgi?id=29 :
dots.sequencetype.nucleotide_type  type

https://www.cbil.upenn.edu/tracker/show_bug.cgi?id=30 : the object layer
class name was not generated correctly

This has resulted in minor changes/fixes to the schema.
