The stable_id is the id provided by the project for the Gene.   In 
combination with a row_project_id it should be an alternate key.

There is no source_id in Gene.  A source_id is for an external source.   
these are not that.  these are generated by the project itself. 

An example from AllGenes is DG1234555.
