I do not know the exactly cause, but I do not think it is caused by the db 
upgrades (which has been the culprit frequently these several days ;-).
The browser works fine on some tables - even some RAD3 tables.

According to the server log, the browser is trying to add "ArrayAnalysis" 
to the child list of "Array" and that fails. Is ArrayAnalysis a new table in 
RAD3? Is read permission granted? I could not see this table from my 
personal login. The table is not in core.tableInfo or all_tables. The case 
for Quantification is the same except the problem table is 
"ProbeProfiler". Ring any bells to anyone?
