In the documentation, I keep seeing reference to a "build" command.

build GUS install -append -skipJaaveCompiling     [ for example]

This is not a unix/linux command I'm aware of.  I installed the binary 
version of ant from ant.apache.org and I can't find this build command.

mmm ..... Where does this come from?
