We have a much more recently written installation guide along with some helper scripts and advice on bootstrapping, etc.    You will have to get in touch with me about where to get this documentation, etc, as it is all on our site and password protected.

At somepoint, when I am not busy re-programming some of the pluggins, I would like to update this and put it on the wiki.
