Hi Steve,
        Since this requirement would be mandatory for our project, I
decided to try and modify the plugin myself. I am trying to add a
command-line option --addFeatures, which would tell GBParser to
just add the features (rather than delete and reinsert). However,
I haven't had a chance to test it.
        I would appreciate your comments on the same.
