Here is an internal document showing the mapping of my departments EMBL 
qualifiers to GUS tables/fields.
Some of the qualifiers are non EMBL standard as the data we store is, 
well, not non standard :)

Annotation in Bioperl is in the form of a key/value pair, hence the 
name of the key and the representation of the value is crucial if it is 
to be used by others.
