Ed,

I've increased a lot of our description fields to 2048 but commiting 
them to CVS has no real affect. Angel and Co. dump the schema they have 
from the Oracle DB installed at CBIL. I think this issue has been 
addressed already on this mailing list - I can't find the recent email 
about a new install system for GUS that will address this...
