I documented and included the XML we required at Sanger to set-up a new 
instance of GUS;

The first link is probably the common stuff that can be shared between 
sites. The ExternalDatabase XML is based on some XML we originally got 
from CBIL and I just added DBs as required so it probably needs to be 
cleaned up.
The second is more Sanger specific but it gives people XML they can at 
least edit and understand how someone else has implemented it.
