[Gusdev-gusdev] WDK 1.0 query caching

The WDK wiki docs say I can turn off query caching by setting the 
isCacheable attribute to false. Where do I put that attribute? It's not 
mentioned in the wdkModel.rng so my xml editor complains if I put it 
anywhere in the modelXmlFile
