Hi Juan,
I think we might need a bit more info from you to help solve the problem. 
It sounds like you are getting this error while using the 
RAD.StudyAnnotator. Where exactly did you get the error message copied 
below from (you ran the SA pushing the Test button or it's from log 
files or from where?)
My understanding is that the xml file generated by the StudyAnnotator is 
correct and you can load it separately using the UpdateGusFromXML plugin 
but the problem is that it's not being loaded by the StudyAnnotator 
upon submitting.
Could you email me, Junmin, and Steve a copy of your .gus.properties file 
(after removing passwords) and also a copy of your 
studyAnnotatorWebConfig.prop that you are using to build the Study 
Annotator?
