[Gusdev-gusdev] Errors in study creation, building RAD

We get the following error when trying to create a new study and add new
contacts.  It seems that the xml files that are generated in order to
update, are not being executed.  Possibly because they are not being found
by the php script executing GA updategusfromxml, or perhaps something is not
right in .gus.properties, or another config file.  We are stuck because we
have tried many combinations of fixes, but none seem to work, and unless we
manually run updategusfromxml on the command line with the xml files that
are generated, things don't get updated.  Any ideas would help. THANKS
