Folks-

We are pleased to announce the first release of the WDK, the successor 
of the "classic" WDK, developed as a collaboration between Computational 
Biology and Informatics Laboratory (CBIL) at the University of 
Pennsylvania and the Pathogen Sequencing Unit at the Wellcome Trust 
Sanger Institute.

The software can be downloaded from http://www.gusdb.org/wdk.  An 
introduction to the package together with detailed documentation can be
