Hi Dave,

I went back to the subject to upload the go-annotations. Sadly it just 
works with AA sequences, - I have the impression the documentation is 
far better now.
Is there someone how already did a plugin to assoziate also NA sequences 
to the go annotations of 
http://www.geneontology.org/GO.current.annotations.shtml?
