[Gusdev-gusdev] Doubts about Gus Schema

Hi,

My name is Thiago Nascimento. I`m a student from NCE-
Universidade Federal Do Rio de Janeiro.

I`m making a study about GUS Schema and I`m trying to find 
some models of representation in this.

Actually, i`m trying to map the sequence variation 
representation in GUS Schema. Until now, i have fouded the 
following components: Allele, AllelePhenotype, 
AllelePhenotypeClass, AlleleInstance, AlleleComplementation, 
AlleleFeature and SeqVariation.

How can I represent SNPs, InDel, Deletion, Replacement and 
Disruption in this model.

I hope for answers.
