The intended method is this way, if you don't mind linking to the  
sequence:
DoTS::AASequenceEnzymeClass links DoTS::AaSequences with  
SRes::EnzymeClass.

You'll want to load the EC db first.  There is a plugin that loads the  
EnzymeClass-related tables.  This can be a pain due to the lack of an  
easily available source for a current EC database.

You may have to roll your own plugin to make the associations.
