[Gusdev-gusdev] plugin bug: memory leak in DBD::Oracle

Folks-

we have identified a memory leak in the DBD::Oracle package (this is 
comes from CPAN not CBIL).

if you are running DBD::Oracle verion 1.15 or maybe 1.13 and 1.14, and 
are doing alot of inserts you will get massive memory overruns.

we have filed a bug report, but, don't have much hope of it getting any 
attention:

we are going to try to revert to 1.12 to see if that is a workaround.
