Michael,

To the best of my knowledge, SEQ_BROWSER_FEATS is not part of GUS-- 
it's a table specific to one of CBIL's projects (PlasmoDB).

I'm not familiar with the image tool, and don't know why you're coming 
across dependancies on this table.  Perhaps someone else on the list 
can shed light on that.
