Hi Matthew, at least as far as the RAD Study-Annotator is concerned, instructions as to what entries need to be present and some dumps from our instance of RAD can be found in the README file of the Study Annotator Tarball. The most recent release of the latter is v. 1.1.0 (released this week) and is available at http://www.cbil.upenn.edu/downloads/RAD/.
