Dear Greg- We have not been maintaining the prototype Workflow system. However, as Chris mentions, we have been using a simpler, basically serial pipeline system successfully to manage the massive process (3 months) of building our DoTS/AllGenes transcript index. I have attached the dots build pipeline. Also take a look at the GUS/Pipeline component. When you see mention of the "liniac" that is the name of our compute cluster. The Pipeline API includes some special case handling of it, which probably won't be pertinent to you. I'd be glad to answer questions.
