Hi Greg,
Those modules were developed as a prototype workflow for GUS2 and I am 
pretty sure that they have not been updated. Instead we went with a 
pipeline that Steve built for DoTS which is available. The pipeline as 
it stands need to be improved or replaced with something approaching 
the workflow functionality so that multiple interrelated pipelines can 
be run and tracked. I will see what can be dug up on workflow and would 
be very interested in what you have in mind for your implementation.
