[Gusdev-gusdev] Disp.pm note

The module GUS::Common::Plugin::LoadGeneFeaturesFromXML 
requires the GUS Perl module Disp.pm.  It was tempting
to qualify "use Disp" as "use CBIL::Util::Disp", but to
stay in sync with the release, I opted to extend my PERL5LIB path.
