we have put together a preliminary GUS web site:  http://www.gusdb.org

as you can see, we have moved to a new domain name, gusdb.org, and 
propose to retire gusdev.org.

comments are encouraged, particularly w/ respect to content, but keep in 
mind that the layout is a stopgap until we get a chance to make a 
snazzier site.
