[Gusdev-gusdev] problem w/ docs on SourceForge CVS

folks-

i uploaded the .ppt files from the PSU-CBIL meeting, as we discuseed in 
our last phone conference.

two problems:
  1. small: i imported it under the root rather than under scratch/.  (I 
can write the sourceforge admins to have them correct this.)
  2. big: from what i can see, there isn't a way to access the .ppt 
files correctly.  The "download" "HEAD" and "view" links brink up a 
Netscape window which attempts to display the binary files as text. 
 Those are the only links offered. (I used cvs admin -kb to alert the 
CVS server that these files are binary, but that didn't help)
