Hi Folks,

I've attached our latest requirements spec for the annotator interface. 
 Notably missing from this document are the details regarding the GUI 
and some specifics for how we envision external tools being run from 
within the interface (such as Blast for example).    We are in the 
process of working out some details in these areas and we would be happy 
to share our thoughts with you if this is something you are interested 
in.   What you will find in this document is a complete list of the 
annotation tasks we plan to include as well as some high level 
requirements that support the annotation tasks.   As Joan mentioned in 
the teleconference, we will likely focus on those tasks termed "surface 
level" as a first pass/version of a new tool.
