Juan,
sorry, it looks like the sample webPropFile file in the tarball is missing
some lines, namely:
log_file={the full path for the RADSA log file}
queryFile={the full path to the query.cfg file}
annotatorlog_file={the full path for the session log file}
session_file={the directory where the session files should be stored}
I'll post an updated version of a sample webPropFile at the RAD download
site shortly.
