[Gusdev-rad-issues] New release of the RAD Study Annotator tarball

The most recent release of the RAD Study-Annotator 
(StudyAnnotator_v1-1-0.tar.gz) is now available at 
http://www.cbil.upenn.edu/downloads/RAD/.
A tarball containing the suite of tutorials to accompany this release of 
the Study Annotator is also available at the same site 
(StudyAnnotatorTutorial_v1-1-0.tar.gz).
