[GUSDEV] changing version of a plugin

Hi All,

I am working on GUS again after a long time!! I have the oldest version(3.0) and we are still managing with it.

I have made some changes to the plugin and trying to change the version of a plugin with 

 ga +update GUS::RAD::Plugin::ArrayResultLoader --commit

and end up getting error 
Error:   GUS::RAD::Plugin::ArrayResultLoader with CVS revision 1.1345 is already
 registered.  You don't need to do a +update.

As I remember earlier we used to change the file and make changes in line 

cvsRevision => '$Revision: 1.4 $', # cvs fills this in!

to get the plugin updated. I am confused from where the software gets the value '1.345' in this case.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
