[GUSDEV] svn GUS broken?

Hello

I'm having problems running plugins since installing GUS from subversion:

Base class package "Error" is empty.
    (Perhaps you need to 'use' the module which defines that package first.)
 at /core/trypdb/gus-test/GUS/gus_home/lib/perl/GUS/PluginMgr/PluginError.pm line 2

Has anybody seen this?

I'm installing GUS from svn and getting this error on build:

[InstallSchema] ERROR [main] (InstallSchemaTask.java:113) - Null version, skipping.  Note:  You will need to manually add a version number to the DB
