Hi Marc,

I'd take a look at some of the additional documentation available at:

http://gusdb.org/documentation.html

The "Fidel and Sucheta's installation guide put together by Fidel Salas, 
Sucheta Tripathy and Tejal Karkhanis at the Virginia Bioinformtics 
Institute." is particularly good and should be of help.

Hi,

It is our fault. We originally wrote it for our lab and did not quite clean 
it before releasing.

I can send you the bootstrap data as well as the .sh scripts.
