after you do the cvs update i asked you to do in the last mail, also do
this:
cd $PROJECT_HOME/install
cvs update -d
(confirm that you got the config/ directory)
cd $PROJECT_HOME/GUS/Model
cvs update -d
(confirm that you got the schema/ and config/ directories)
