The latest u-boot posted has full support for the etherstix in it. You
can use BOOTP/DHCP/TFTP to boot by following the directions in the
u-boot manual. I think I turned on NFS too, so you can even load a
kernel to boot over NFS instead of TFTP. I've used this to boot a
gumstix/etherstix with only u-boot on the gumstix, by loading a uImage
using TFTP, and then using a root_fs exported through NFS.
