If the Duovero is similar to the Overo (which I don't know anything about) then I'd say the answer is no - there are no pullups. I see the Toby board for the Overo has 1.5K pull ups on the I2C3 lines on the 1.8V side. Is this a safe assumption? Thanks, Conor.
