I followed procedure for booting up using the Sakoman script (http://www2.sakoman.com/category/8-gnome-daily-builds-r13.html). I have a Gumstix Overo COM with a Chestnut board and Samsung LCD. The installation appeared to be successful and I'm able to login over serial connection. My problem is that I get a GNOME display on the LCD screen that doesn't allow me to do anything. There is no login dialog. The only thing the display does is toggles between saying "omap3-multi" and "Linux 3.0.0" when you touch it. I was hoping to login using the LCD and be able to use the different applications that the GNOME image has. Thanks for any help you can provide <http://gumstix.8.n6.nabble.com/file/n4967007/IMAG0303.png> ! -- View this message in context: http://gumstix.8.n6.nabble.com/LCD-display-but-inoperable-when-booting-up-with-Sakoman-script-tp4967007.html Sent from the Gumstix mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |
